With a multitude of influences from funk to punk to hard rock, bassist Chad Redl has developed a style all his own. His 11 years of experience help to lay the foundation for Dead But Dreaming's unique sound. "It feels great to be part of a band with such talent, and I love where our music is headed," says Chad.

After seven long years of college acquiring his Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington, Chad works as a Software Engineer for Sun Microsystems. When not playing music or working, Chad can be found snowboarding, or playing with his son Justin and wife Julie.
